Flooded Hallway

This flooded hallway in was the result of a broken pipe from an air handler, which is a device used to regulate and circulate air as part of a heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning system. The water loss resulted in damaged flooring. Luckily, we were able to save the baseboards and drywall, mostly with the help of our drying equipment. The after picture was taken only a couple of days after the incident took place. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and was enthused with the results to get a contractor in to get their home back in order.
